2. Services — Sharon Lee Chapman Photography provides equine and fine art photography services, including sales/conformation photography, commissioned work, and fine art prints. All project details, deliverables, and revisions will be outlined in the client agreement or proposal.
3. Payments — A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin any project. Remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. Revisions and Deliverables — Each package includes a set number of revisions as agreed. Additional changes beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
5. Ownership and Copyright — Final approved work becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Drafts, unused concepts, and project files remain the property of Sharon Lee Chapman Photography unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability — We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination — Either party may terminate a project in writing. All completed work up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Governing Law — These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
